Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship natoinwide to all 50 states.
How long does shipping take?
We ship UPS/ USPS- shipping is typically 2-5 business days. You can choose your shipping prefrence upon checkout.
How do I track my order?
Tracking will go to your email upon completion.
What if my item is lost or damaged?
when you checkout you MUST purchase ROUTE protection. This will insure your package. Failure to purchase ROUTE will void any refunds/ replacements.

📦 Orders ship Tuesdays & Fridays
🧢 Hats:
• 3–5 business days starting the next business day after invoice is paid
• Custom colors or large orders may require an extended TAT
📌 Preorders:
• TAT will be clearly listed on each preorder post
• Overseas items are approximate — customs and transit delays may occur
• No refunds on preorders

Mockups?
➕Mockups will be now sent -AFTER- an invoice is paid for our retail customers( and is requested for the file). Wholesale will not get a mockup unless specifically requested or the design requires a mockup. The turnaround is 7-14 BUSINESS days. Mockups will be sent the week of production.
RETURNS
➕We don’t offer refunds/returns.
*If you are unhappy - please send us a message for resolution. We DON’T offer refunds - if needed a store credit will be applied for future use within one calendar year.
