Shipping policy

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ADD ROUTE PROTECTION TO ALL ORDERS- If you fail to add this to your order - M&K Custom Home deocr is NOT responsible for LOST OR DAMAGED packages.

➕Please understand once it is picked up by USPS or UPS shipping times are out of my control and there may be delays (due to holidays, weather, Covid, etc.). Labels may be created in advance. PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 hours for packages to scan. This is not the seller's responsibility if shipped on time but does not arrive at the expected arrival date. We can only assure you of the date we ship it by, not the date of arrival.

•DAMAGES/CLAIMS - Any items damaged in transit must be reported to ROUTE within 24 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photograph of the damaged item and the shipping supplies (this will be used for insurance purposes for a refund). Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. A new item will not be sent or a refund given until 1. A photo is received of the broken items as well as the shipping material.

We ship via USPS / UPS - with the shipping speed you choose at checkout. Once the package leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for it.  If any issue arises, please contact the carrier.
